The Class 1-A students at U.A. High School have made it to summer break. Izuku Midoriya goes with his master All Might to I-Island, a secluded area of land devoted to studying Quirks and other aspects of the superhero industry, for a joyous superhero festival. Midoriya gets to meet two amazing hero equipment engineers, Dave and Melissa, who are friends with All Might. He also runs across his classmates, the majority of whom have been allowed to visit the festival for a portion of their summer vacation. But when an enigmatic group of villains invades I-Island, it is up to Midoriya and his allies to take them on. They will need to use their evolving Quirks to repel the new foe and reveal a cunning scheme.
